Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2024 from all at The Letting People!

What an amazing year here at The Letting People!  The local rental market remains very strong leading to increased rents achieved for our clients and minimal void periods. 

The online Landlord portal introduced last year has proved to have been of significant benefit. This is where our clients can view information about their property which we hold including your property status, viewing history, compliance and financial statements. 

Also last year, we were delighted have won awards as a Best Estate Agent Guide winner for lettings and Best Letting and Property Management Agency 2022 – Warwickshire from the Midland Enterprise Awards.

Please note that our general office reception will be closed from Friday 22/12/2023 and will reopen Tuesday 2/1/2024

Lettings are in very high demand

This year lettings are in very high demand and if you are looking for a property to let, we would advise contacting us by email either through portals such as Rightmove or Zoppla with your full details or at leamington@theletting people.co.uk 

As rental properties are renting very fast, we regret we will be unable to deal with all enquiries. 

Once a property has reached viewing capacity no further enquiries or viewing requests will be taken.
